Josephine makes dumplings with Zhang

Each dumpling, or "Jiao," is filled with a mixture of chicken or pork, spinach, and spices.  Then they are steamed and served in a chicken Broth.  

They make 'em once every two weeks with enough extra to freeze and provide two or three extra meals. 
The finished product is mmm mmm good, "Hen Hao!"
